Performance One GmbH ("CPO Munich" for short) is a Munich-based management consulting and
training company specialiying on controlling and business performance
improvement for client companies. It
is founded by Dr. Zhen
Huang who has been working as management consultant and trainer in
Germany and China for more than two decades. Before Dr Huang set up his
own business in 2003, he had worked for leading international
consultancies for many years, such as Roland Berger Strategy Consultants
as well as Horváth & Partners Management Consultants which is one
of the leading consultancies in German-speaking countries specializing
on controlling and performance management. Dr. Huang is member of
International Association of Controllers, and he is the CA-certified
trainer of the 5-Stages Program for China.
